Everything your family needs to know before your child’s first day — how to reserve a space, give notice and settle in.

Pre-payment agreement
- 1 month deposit
- non-refundable
New families reserve their child’s space with a deposit of one month’s fees. If your child does not attend as agreed, the deposit is non-refundable.

Withdrawal
- 1 month written notice
Please give one month’s written notice, in the month before your child’s last day of care. Without it, one month’s full fee is payable.

Settling-in period
- first month
- 2 weeks notice
The first month is a settling-in period. If a child is unable to adjust, or has social, emotional or physical needs the caregiver feels unable to meet, either the family or the caregiver may end care with two weeks’ notice. During this month you pay only for the days attended; the deposit remains non-refundable.
